We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Active Trend Wear purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Hygiene Policy: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or socks unless they are faulty. These items must have their original hygiene seals intact if returning due to manufacturing defects.

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  5. Processing: Once received, our team will inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or color:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Damaged or Defective Items
