At Active Trend Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sports fashion purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or socks unless they are faulty. These items must have their original hygiene seals intact if a return is requested due to manufacturing defects.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You may use our template below for convenience.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

- Processing: Once received, our team will inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or color:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
